Once you become member of these MLM, you will have a slot in the computer system. The computer system is called Binary System. Here is recording all convinced that member of MLM, they are your network.

And you are their upline. The entire network will be divided into two, the left group and the right group. The typical scenario is a member of MLM will invite their families and friends to go to a seminar. This seminar will now force these people to join in their Networking. They will say that if you will join, you can get rich by forcing other people to join and pay the membership fee. The truth is, they are only after your money and not the product/service itself. The burden will go to the last person or else that person will lose money if he/she can't convince another person to join.
Ways to eliminate Multilevel Marketing Networking:
- The congress must pass a law to ban the practice of MLM in the Philippines
- Do not participate in these activities
- SEC must play a role in mitigating the practice of MLM by disapproval of registrations.
- Educate individuals about MLM in the school
- DOH must advocate to ban this activity because it may lead to psychological depression
- BIR must implement a higher TAX RATE against these MLMs ( Let say 20% on their annual sales)
