Maguindanao: Indian Businessman is now released

An armed men kidnapped the Indian businessman named Mike Khemani. He was abducted in front his Sugni Super Store on October 29, 2013.

During the 17 days held being as captive, he did not eat though he was offered food citing that he was a vegetarian. He almost lost 10 Kilograms. All he did to survive during his captivity was to drink water.

He was released and no ransom payment occurred. He expressed his gratitude to Mayor Guiani of Cotabato City and to all other local officials of the said province. Then, he was asked to file charges to his abductors for kidnapping him but he is now unwilling to file case against them.

Mr. Khemani decided to stay in the city and to continue his business.

What do you think? should he continue to file charges against those kidnappers?
