44 Killed in a "Blast" at Chinese Port City

A sudden blast on Friday this week had alarmed the authorities in the Chinese Port City wherein 44 people were killed in an oil pipe-line explosion. The leaked was only discovered by the city government in late morning and because of delayed attempt to repair the pipeline, it rapidly exploded killing several people.

Accordingly, authorities confirmed that Sinopec was the owner of the long pipeline measuring 176 kilometers which connects to some chemical plants of the city inland.

I believe that the Chinese company Sinopec must be held responsible for the accident that killed several people and they also should give compensation support to the families of the victims who were involved in the pipeline blast.
