Anderson Cooper CNN: Grief over Philippine Gov't

Despite, International contributions and media who took part in helping our brother and sisters involved in massive destruction by typhoon "Yolanda", many of our brothers and sisters were left lying beside their love ones who were slammed by heavy calamity and monstrous structures. There was a slowness on the part of Philippine government to rescue our love ones after International media and UN saw that no Philippine government official was present in the situation. It seems like the there was no real governance in the province of Tacloban and Leyte. These were the observation of Anderson Cooper who took part to know and understand the situation of Tacloban and Leyte victims. Foreign countries contributions summed up to 2.1 Billion pesos donation.
