Universal Serial Bus Flash Disk (USB)

The market is still drowned with USB 2.0 which was released on January 2000. It featured a 480 mb/s or less depending on the manufacturer software and production capacity. Today, you can buy a USB 2.0 stick with 8 Gb, 16 Gb, 32 Gb at much lower prices or less than 1,000 bucks depending on your preferred brands.

USB flash disk became popular because of its portability and its capacity to store more files but it didn't replace CD/DVD. People enjoy using USB stick to transfer their files, music, and photos.

It carries a less than 12 grams depending on body size and materials used. Some are even water proof and also equipped with anti virus software. The San Disk USB flash drive also features AES security encryption to ensure the safety of your  files.
