A Dutch artist and designer tries to communicate with Beijing government to get permission on his newly conducted invention called "Vacuum Cleaner".
It is intended to suck the air pollutants from the sky through electromagnetic field generated by copper coils. According to Daan, smog is likely a person's hair which has a static energy.
Accordingly, Beijing residents were wearing surgical mask in order to avoid breathing the air pollutant widespread across Beijing skies.
Daan also added that his new invention is not a real solution but an alternative way to reduce the smog-cloaked in the skies.
