Humanitarianism: China's Law on Deregulation and Abolition

The Chinese government expressed its concern for human right as it is eager to loosen its once child policy. In this policy, sole children who were married may be allowed to have a maximum of 2 children. Many citizens were positive about the government decision to become more lenient.

Next is the abolition of labor camps. In this case "class enemies" and "counter revolutionist" can be detained without proper trial procedure. According to CNN, millions had suffered by overly working in harsh conditions. As a result, many committed suicide and died. This law is now abolished under the current Chinese government regime. It may be a reason that Chinese government had seen its inappropriateness for today's world condition.

What do you think about China's decision?
