The oil dealer in Tacloban gave away free fuel to victims of Typhoon Haiyan. He was thankful that his family was safe although their house was destroyed by the said typhoon.
He explained that fuel is an essential resource which can be used to cook food or can be used in the motorcycles to transport people from one place to another.
