Why Complain about Android Kitkat Update

You might think that high end phones will have lesser chance to get an update of Android Kitkat because many cellphone companies try to play safe on the ground of fear that Android Kitkat will not run efficient on higher-end phone models.

Probably, what Samsung and Sony must be running on their mind that Android Kitkat will only run only at the minimum of 512 MB RAM of memory, is to avoid any system issue or bugs that might create an issue which can bring detrimental impact on their products. I feel that these companies are not confident in next update of Android Kitkat 4.4. Well, we just need more proof that the next Android update will really work well with different kinds of smartphones whether will it be a low or high end phone model.

On the other hand, it gives me an impression that these companies are just trying to protect their customers if anything will happen.

However, some customers are demanding update from their phone because they have really paid for the price and it is the responsibility of these cellphone manufacturers like Sony and Samsung to provide the best to their customer.

In fact, some clients said that something must be wrong about my cellphone provider because I have paid so much money and here comes (Samsung) saying that I will not get any update because it will only be available in entry level phones. It is really disgusting.

I can feel the terrible experience on why these customers are saying these kind of words. Those companies like Samsung and Sony must try to reconsider what dangers can their decision making bring impact on their sales in the future and also to the company's brand reputation.
